i want to know if its worth to keep retrieing the march in joiun to get a good rating

Is it worth it to get a high rating? I'd have to give a thumbs-down on that one. The best prize (IMO) is the six ethers, but even they're not that important to retry for. The next minigame where you do a cadence for Rufus has better rewards -- the double-growth Force Stealer or the HP Plus materia.

most i got on the rufus thing was 92% i think, and the march thing well it never worked for me so i only ever got a grenade or somthing lol

not worth it at all. the ethers that you recieve can easily be stolen from tonberries later in the game, or, if you don't mind pseudo-cheating, the w-item trick can get you an infinite supply.
