Looking for 2 hacks

I've been looking for two hacks for ff3us, the first allows you to equip characters that you normally couldn't (Biggs, Wedge, Leo, Banon).
The second allows you to assign battle commands to all characters, not just Gogo. I figured if anyone knew where to get them they would be here. Thanks. |
