So, just finished FF7 for the PC and leveled up almost all my materia etc etc. So I figure its gold chocobo time but can't seem to breed anything but males so i say screw it, ill kill ruby without KoTR and get my chocobo that way. So I go in solo with Cloud with strength maxxed. Whole time I'm w-item using elixier/hero drink and dazers to stun him b4 attacking and then just miming omnislash, simple enough. So after about 15 minutes he dies, but I stay in battle for some reason. No ruby left, no tentacles but for whatever reason I'm still sitting in batttle.

I did force him to withdraw his tentacles 4 times from attacking them while he was stunned cause they were annoying. When I finished him he hadn't burried his tentacles in the ground for about 4 minutes at this point. Any idea if killing him without his tentacles in the ground or killing him paraylzed causes it to bug? Any ideas?
