I guess that would count as a sound effect, and would therefore not be included in the ''music'' list... But i could be wrong, as that laugh is kinda classic!

Well it's included in Dancing Mad in the Original Sound Version Soundtrack, but I don't know if it's in the GBA version. If it is, then you'll be able to hear the occasional laugh from Kefka throughout the track.

No, I have beaten the GBA version and, sadly, there are no sound effects. Kefka's laugh isn't included in Dancing Mad either.

the music players for all the GBA versions include only the actual soundtrack, not sound effects.
