DarkForce is an enemy in Kefka's tower that attacks you on a pretty frequent basis in the indoor portions. The last option* is highly unlikely.

No, I have never learned any of Dark Force's Lores, not that I can recall. So I have fought him but never bothered to learn Lores at all throughout FFVI.

Since Dark Force's AI script is long and random, he's actually a rather crummy way of getting Lores. The only ones you can't get much more easily in another location are Quasar and Reflect ???.
...only the latter in the GBA release as Possible spoilers: highlight to view Gilgamesh uses Quasar when you fight him. -------------------- |

I usually obtain White Wind and Mighty Guard before entering Kefka's Tower, so I never bother getting Lores from Dark Force since like was mentioned before, it's pretty tedious.
