Note: The third one is a battle with Nemises. That is Lulu attacking with her onion knight. HP is at top. She is crouching the way she drops the onion, if you look close enough.

all of thats natural... Like I said before, 210 hours. There are like, 4 nodes of sphere grid i don't have only cause i need lvl. 4 keyspheres and am too lazy to get them.. aside from that, all have sphere grid and all empty nodes are filled.

EDIT:I hadn't even thought ppl would think it would be sharked. I don't own one and never have used one. Guess it slipped my mind to mention that before.

Pretty cool.

It would never have occurred to me to think you'd sharked that. Getting absurdly powerful in FFX is a bit of a time committment, but since playing in the Monster Arena borders on fun, it's still quite possible.

Kudos to you, though, because I don't think I'll ever invest that much time in it.

thats not hard just time consuming... i havent played my game in a while but i need to do that... question where do you get all the clear spheres to replace the strength's +1 to +4 and speed and evade......... and another question? how many marbolos did you bribe to get all those wings to discovery?!!? cause i got my break hp/mp only on tidus and i got it of off omega weapon...

Heh...I see you have had a good amount of time on your hands...I ussually try to do everything possible in the game if I plan to finish also, so my hats off to ya (even though I never wear one...you get the point) for having the petients to accomplish what was in those screen shots.

That's pretty incredible. I probably wouldn't be able to stomach FFX for a total of 3-ish weeks of playing time. It kinda makes me wonder what Square was thinking to let hp to be able to go that high. My friend told me my characters in FF6 were demi-gods because they were at lvl. 99. According to his scale, you'd be akin to the creator of God (whom I'm pretty sure doesn't exist, but still).

to answer questions. Clear Spheres can be bought at the Monster arena.. they are just very expensive. Yes, I bribed ALOT of malboros... A LOT of them...

Now, lulu was the last one i upgraded. And after perfecting my method. It took me only 7 hours start-finish to power her up...

Kill sleep sprout, get 2 teleport spheres. IF Auron has his main weapon and does 99999 damage. Its quick. Once one person has the full grid, Teleport spheres are just Insanely quick Sphere levels. heh... =) thought i'd reveal my secret, just sad I did't find it sooner, i would have under 210 hours... easy. Didn't mean to brag too much. Just had a PM to post them, so i did...

1 more question how do you buy clear sphere? at moster arean cause i couldnt buy them... do you have to beat nemesis?

TOO LAZY!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT YOU SPEND DAYS AND DAYS ON FINAL FANTASY TEN AND YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO FINISH YOUR SPHERE BLOODY GRID!!!

Here's a tip anyway. If you havn't beaten omega and ultima in the omega dungeon, do so now. they are easy enough and they get you tons of key spheres.

On a sidenote, if you saacrifice the HP (My party has ~20k, but I dont even use BHPL), you can EASILY 255 every stat, without CSing. Makes the game a bit too easy though.

i know about the attack reels trick but when neslug goes into his shell hes immune to physical attacks (im pretty sure overdrive too) and i cant clear yet so most of my chars are maxed out and only have 155 magic and thats what effects him... but it only does abou 40k damage... that is ultima and i double cast it and then copycat but its still not enough cause he curagas about 400k hp and regens some more... idk how to make him you know die?

I beat Neslug like this:

First of all, haste everyone, and every physical attack should be a quick hit. If you're fast enough, he won't hurt you before he retreats into his shell. Once he's in there, double cast Ultima. If you have Yuna's ultimate weapon and level her up to a high magic stat, you're in business. I'd recommend having all three party members at least attempt to do this, but Yuna will probably do the most damage (her ultimate weapon is also one of the easiest to power up). This way takes a really long time, but if you can manage to do around 80-90k per Ultima, you should be okay. (And you should be able to do that much damage if you've gotten Yuna's magic up as high as it can go--which is higher than 155--and use Nirvana.)

Alternatively, Blitz Ace still hurts the sucker. Wait for him to enter his shell and entrust overdrive bars to Tidus.

Also, if you teach Anime haste and get her speed up, Pain will do damage. I don't think it does damage fast enough to keep Neslug from healing, though.

Whenever I fight him, it seems like I'm not making any progress. Don't try to add up the numbers as you go; I never think I'm netting any damage, but after a few minutes, his shell shatters.

I remember doing that a few years ago. I was jobless for a summer, had alot of time on my hands. Although I did only do it with Wakka, Tidus and Yuna. Everyone else seemed unneccesary, seeing as it was easy to gain mad xp with the rikku trick.

I played for 199 hours and never got enough Wings of Discovery so my characters were all locked at 9,999 HP (though a bunch had completed about 80% of the grid). Maybe I'll go back and bribe a bunch of Marlboros, but until then yes, you are a major deity.

i read on gamefaqs that you double cast ultima and then copy cat but even my maxed out chars do only about 40k per ultima.... and i do make him retreat into his shell before he even hurts me....

Neslug is possibly the hardest monster in the game for me...

I wanted the additional HP. So I didn't bother upping magic... I do about 40,000 hp with all my characters each hit with doublecast-ultima. So more so, he is the most time consuming. All stats except luck and magic are at 255... I find the rest pointless...

I say getting the keyspheres as bieng to lazy because i spent so much time bribing for wings to discovery that i don't want to bribe for the keyspheres... I also got lazy and havea lot of +2 +3 +1 nodes, honestly, if i didn't care about magic or luck... I could easilly have 99,999 with each character if i wanted to spend another 100+ hours revamping the sphere grid... I really don't have the time for that since i found DDR.

BTW, does anyone have adivce on beating Shinnryu! And I thought 140 hours on FFX was alot, also keep up the good work Imsaffor!

My first time through FFX, I played way too fast and didnt stop to do every little thing. The next time through, I got hooked on Blitzball... and soon the rest of the game became irrelevant. I played to the point of getting the Airship to go around and recruit the perfect Blitzball team, and never finished that game. My GOD, how my Besaid Aurochs kicked butt......

Eh, having that high HP is impressive, but pointless. With 255 Defence and 999HP, only the Dark Aeons and the Monster Arena will stand in your way. It saves a hell of a lot of nodes on the Sphere Grid, which can then be set to Power, Defence, Magic etc. Break MP Limit is stupid because any Mage should have One-MP cost on their armour. 999 Ultima Casts. Or 498 Doublecasts.

My opinion, someone else's words. (Look for Darkkefka on Youtube.)

There are always those few people who go the extra mile, but man, that's ridiculous! I was proud when I had Tidus doing 13 000 damage. I wonder how many other games Imsaffor has dominated by now?
