I like it but what is lucky star exactly

Hilarious sprite video (sprite videos get a bonus to my liking them due to their nature), but I don't get some of the jokes...which I assume are related to whatever "Lucky Star" is (a Japanese TV show or something?).

Also, did anyone else notice the little quote of Bomb Man's theme from Mega Man I?

Oh wow! That's actually awesome!

I've been helping judge the Expo entries for Anime Weekend Atlanta's AMV contest and I must confess we got a lot of Lucky Star joke videos and it's already getting old but this FFVI video was cool.
