I was wondering if any of you artists out there could help me. I am looking for a new desktop image, however i want a final fantasy six one. The promblem is i can't really find pictures i like that are sprite based. I have an idea in mind for what i want but i can't seem to find it anywhere i look. So i was wondering if someone would be willing to share a drawing of there's with me if you have somethign along the line of what i am looking for. I want a picture of locke and celes in marias dressing room, the scene where he is commenting on the ribbon that she is wearing. I dont want a chibi of this (as i find the chibi's for the game look really stupid.). The reason for this scene is i think it's where the feelings for celes from locke really start to show. Plus i love the opera house it adds a bit of class to a game that other wise is nothing more than a story about war mongering. Anyways if anyone would be willing to help me find the picture i am looking for i'd very much appericate it.

Yeah, once I get access to a scanner I'll be posting that type of stuff on my site.
But for now, I decided to do a little quickie sketch of that scene. I thought it would take just 20 minutes, but this took an hour... not much to show for it, I know. Still, enjoy. P.S. I realized too late that the text bubble is kinda messed up... oops.  -------------------- |

hmm not bad, i assume you did it on paint? you also forgot to make his face as red as a tomateo.

"On Paint", as in Microsoft Paint? That's a low blow... I didn't think it was that bad.
And if I recall correctly, in this scene, Locke blushes right when he first sees Celes. The part where he comments that the ribbon suits her is later in their conversation, when Celes asks a question that references Rachel. He says "that ribbon suits you" is his way of evading the question. That's why I chose to portray the scene as being kind of awkward. Unless I am interpreting this scene wrong. I'm going by memory alone here, and have been wrong before. -------------------- |

I didnt mean it to be bad i like the picture alot, you just said though that you dont have a scanner, which means to mean you couldnt of sketched it by hand. And since it'd of have to of been done on the computer, and that is the only program i know that you can draw on the computer with, i just put two and two together.
Also its just before he says it actually, i just did the opera scene over again not too long ago. -------------------- Don't fear the reaper!
