I can answer that question.
Yes, if you take away that much AP from a materia, it will not maintain it's master status. -------------------- All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Broccoli to die. |

So, if you had 17 other mastered materia plus the Materia Storm materia, then only about 500-700AP would be taken from each materia, allowing you to master it again in very little time and make many duplicates of those materia... Eh, this could probably be a positive side effect, I suppose. I guess there is still the matter of training each of those duplicates up. |
