Quote Why are imps shown in a couple places in the game but you can't get an actual imp for a party member with out sacrificing one? Now that's scary.... Possible spoilers: highlight to view Who's all the bosses at the end right before Kefka? They look human. Possible spoilers: highlight to view When Cyan saw his wife and son dead, his son jumped out of bed.... How come there's rooms under houses that looks like its from a castle? It's simple he learned to talk from the various solders that "migrated" there. There are so many imperial solders there that he would have a very well spoken vocabulary, though maybe not a complete understanding, or a correct usage of all the words. -------------------- Don't fear the reaper! Here's some!
How can everyone breathe under water when you fight leviathin? And odin, Raiden, & bushido all say they cleave enemies in two, but why do they cleave them into 3 or 4? How come party members don't vanish when hit with x-zone/banish? How could Celes even survive in a coma for a year? Wouldn't she die of hunger & dehydration? why is Cid dressed like the PBJ man? And why does Locke want to be called a "Treasure hunter" Instead of a thief? Crashman:
*The party still has Gau's helmet. No idea how it works, but it's there. *Cid might have been able to force-feed her a little bit, despite the coma. Or some magitek IV equivalent. *And Locke thinks of himself as an upstanding citizen, not a petty thief or grave robber. Treasure Hunter is much more dignified. And Chizo, the only problem with Ultros is that he never joins your party! -------------------- I hear the jury's still out on...science. That's it, you people have stood in my way long enough! Has anyone else noticed the little "easter egg" at Gestahl's Castle in the WOB? The one in the empty jail cell...?

Why would kefka keep the jail cell that he was incarserated in in his ultimate fortress?
Why arent you able to defeat the guardian, when you first meet up with them in vector and then again in thasama, but you are able to in kefkas tower? When in the opera house, on the rafters... I always though that the field sprites for the mice always looked more like evil birds than mice.

On my first playthrough, when I reached the WOR and activated that scene where Celes finds the bird with Locke's bandana, I thought that Locke had died and been reincarnated as a bird. It took me a while to actually figure it out. XD

Plot holes? Here's one that always puzzled me. If Kefka became the source of all magic, why can you use magic against him in the final battle? Doesn't make sense that he'd grant you an ability that can be used to defeat him and it didn't work when Ghestahl tried to zap Kefka through the force field generated by the statues on the Floating Continent when they were the source of magic.
For that matter, why doesn't Kefka use his Light of Judgement against you in the final battle? It's easily his most powerful attack, with the ability to destroy entire villages and all... -------------------- |

He was probably just underestimating you, thinking that you would never be able to defeat him.

I bet he kept the jail cell he was held in because it had a toilet in it! And he it was so personal to him that he had Atma guard it.
