Some more stuff

Quick Short Cut Keys!

Alt+Q = Equipment Screen, Views your current equipment, This can also be used to Dismount a Pecopeco, and I also think, get rid of your Falcon as a Hunter.
Alt+E = Inventory Screen, View useable Items, Equipments and loot here.
Alt+Y = Command List, Shows every single command that you can use in game. o.O It looks new to me.
Alt+I = Friend Setup.
Alt+O = Options, Turn on music or sound and Set volume levels, Can also change your skin, you can find more skins online. The four options at the bottom seems to be Screen shot options. Info isn't used.
Alt+A = Status Screen, quick if you just leveled up and want to use your stat points.
Alt+S = Skill screen, Quick if you just gained a job level and want to use your skill points.
Alt+D = Arrange Detail Screen, Some Video options that aren't found in the options.
Alt+G = Guild Status Screen, Check out who's on and Guild stuff here.
Alt+H = Friend List = show's who's on your friends list.
Alt+L = Emotion Icon List = Shows you a screen of some of the many emotions you can do.
Alt+Z = Party Screen, Only used when you're in a party, shows who is on your party and also shows you where they are in the game, only if they are on of course.
Alt+X = Same as ESC lets you exit or go back to the character login screen
Alt+C = Chatroom, I see the monstly used to buy and trade stuff, you can also make the chatroom private and make a password with it.
Alt+V = Shows you Basic information, screen doesn't disappear when you hit Alt+V a second time, but will shorten the the basic info.
Alt+M = Changes your Alt+1-alt+0 stuff, you can make it do certain commands or just leave the defaults.

Defaults:
Alt+1 = shows a ! in a chat bubble same as /!
Alt+2 = shows a ? in a chat bubble same as /?
Alt+3 = shows a Humming Symbol in a chat bubble, same as /ho
Alt+4 = Shows a heart in the chat bubble, same as /lv
Alt+5 = Shows a Sweat Drop in the chat bubble, same as /swt
Alt+6 = Show a lightbulb in the chat bubble, same as /ic
Alt+7 = Shows a angry symbol in the chat bubble, same as /an
Alt+8 = shows a moving cloud, same as /ag
Alt+9 = shows a dollor sign in the chat bubble, same as /$
Alt+0 = show a ... in the chat bubble, same as /...

Printscreen button = Makes a screenshot of everything you current see on the game window. Resolution depends on the game resolution you're in.

CTRL+C = Same as Alt+C
CTRL+1 = Shows Korean Flag
CTRL+2 = shows Red and White flag (not japan)
CTRL+3 = shows a Red white and blue flag (Not USA)
CTRL+4 = Show the Malaysian Flag, Note that it's similar to the USA flag.
CTRL+5 = Shows the Chinese Flag?
CTRL+6 = Shows the Brazilian Flag
CTRL+7 = Shows Italy? Flag
CTRL+8 = Shows another Red white and blue flag (not USA)
CTRL+9 + Shows a wierd looking flag, (can't tell what it is)

Hehe, the flags i'm not sure about on some of them.

Alright, I'm doing the Thief Class Change quest right now, but, uh, how do you get out? I've gotten atleast 75 of those mushrooms now, and I can't find an exit...

Small client should work if you have the kRO and Sakray files. It's how I installed the game, after all.

As for class/build, I'm going with same we had last time. Crit/Agi Hybrid Assassin.
Steve is going the Sniper route with his archer, we've got a Priest and some swordies too. Basically, we're lacking in the offensive magic department.

I haven't gotten to play with any of the new guys yet, probably because I'm usually only at home and playing at 2 am til 5 am or so, since, you know, sleep is overrated. I'd like to meet the rest of the guild.

Hrm, tempting. It's been so long since I've last played.

Back when I used to play with a childhood friend, we found a dead branch. We figured we'd snap it in Payon 3, and a bloody Apocalypse came out. The server was relatively new and nobody was too high levelled, so it came down to the two of us beating on this thing (my Sin had enough agility to survive close up for a few moments), an entire (small) guild helping us, me running back and forth between my storage to get cake I had been stockpiling from Lutie to heal everyone, and us eventually beating it. The story loses the whole epic feel in the retelling, but it was one heck of an interesting event to say the least.

Then there's that time some brazilian girl (aco, IIRC) kept running around my monk-to-be asking for items. I stupidly gave her a candy cane (near-worthless healing item) and then she started to follow me everywhere. So I opened up a gate to Glast Heim (high-level dungeon) and in she went. My friend, some other guy, and myself are amused by this, but then she respawns right near us (obviously died pretty quick in there) and starts asking for more items. I open another gate to GH and... in she goes again. We repeated the process a third time, the three of us practically pissing ourselves with laughter as she falls for the same trick over and over (btw, I never said the portal was for her or made any indication of it - I'm not a jerk to other players like that - she just hopped into what was essentially a random portal. Thrice.) On the fourth time she ran away from the portal saying "Not not not not!!" in broken english and left us alone.

Though I'm not racist, the servers I was on had two categories of players: normal players, and brazilians. Dead serious - they always make brazilian-exclusive guilds, ignore people whom aren't brazilian ("Hello, how can I get to Lighthazlen?""BR?" "Huh?" "not BR?? *walks off*"), and more than half of them are guaranteed to KS or loot, and act highly irritable when you ask them to stop. It was a real problem. Luckily most of them stayed in the seal beach near Commodo (one of the best places to solo in for exp, unfortunately) but it really sucked. :/ We did meet one brazilian guy who joined our guild and respected the server rules though. He was pretty cool.

Shame none of my partitions have any more than a few hundred megs left - it's time to burn stuff and free up some space. >"<;

I'm having a bit of trouble logging in. I've registered, updated, etc. etc. but as I go to log in, it immediately says I'm disconnected from the server. I've had this happen before, so I decided to wait a day (the problem began last night), but unfortunately it persists.

Is anyone else having issues?
Is there/was there supposed to be a confirmation email for registration which I never received?
Is the server just having problems I'm not aware of?

Are assassins still king with their insane miss ratios? I remember they were the real tanks because the Knights could never get enough refining materials for their armor.

My Swordsman is level 40 now, but as Phoenix said, we need more than tanks. So I now have a mage in the making. Level 14 novice - Ensiance. I'm trying to get the ingredients for Solution No. 1. I have the fluff, Jellopy and milk, I just need the other stuff.

I'm a 37/27 Thief, is it possible to change to a different 1-1 job at this point? Like, say, if I wanna become an archer, could I do that?

Nope, you're stuck as a thief, but you can create another character, If i'm right, you can have up to 9 charaters per account. I'm not sure how many accounts you can have though.

Pump AGL and work towards assassin. You should be able to hold your own pretty easily.

Though that advice is based off the game I played about 4 years ago.
