I've been on several times, but i can't find any of you. My characters name is tallon, and i'd like to join if possible. I found the city you talk about but no one is ever there, and i am on the low server.

Most members don't even log on anymore, period.

Pheonix, is the guild close to a level? There a few people who wanna join, and most members aren't even active anymore. I'd assume it's because of work and school, but, are there any players who don't mind us taking them out so we can invite newer players who wanna join?

FFIVDS looks awesome, right? Especially the character scans. I mean, look at that CGI scan of Yang. You see it and you just think...badass. And then you look at his polka-dot pants, likely stolen from a Dr. Seuss book. And then you just...shiver.

I know that during the last several times I was logged on, I saw two, maybe three others at the most. Since then, I've been on something of an art frenzy, so I haven't done much of any gaming at all lately (that my schedule is somewhat strange doesn't help much, either).

I'd like to see things pick up again, but, at the moment at least, it seems to me that RO has lost some steam overall sad.gif .

It's too bad, because this game is fun and I'd love to see all of the guild members on; or at least see some shuffling happen so people that want to play can get into the guild. I've only seen Deatheater and SamuraiBob on...oh, and Locke's Alter Ego was on the other night, but he can't get into the guild because it's filled with people who don't play. sad.gif Anyway, I'll still be on a couple of times a day. Look me up - LukeJames

Really you saw me on last night? I've been on a lot, and i was part of a guild but i guess it was disbanded or something. I wanted to join this one from the start but up untill last night i'd seen no one from here. But i do want to join, if you see me let me know my name on there is Tallon.

I apologize for my lack of appearance, but I have 3 words to justify it:
Metroid Prime 3

Well, actually, two words and a number, but you get the idea.

I'm a little hooked at the moment. (So hooked i haven't even had my merch on to sell things!)

As soon as I beat it, the glamor will be over, and i'll be back on more often.

Keep posting here if anybody needs anything, i'll try and do what I can, no guarantees for the moment tho.

The next guild level appears to come at 8 million experience. I saw your post here and boosted the exp to about 6.6 million, but there's still a ways to go. If anyone else is interested in putting a character on high tax, let me know.

Unfortunately, I'm on sporadically at best right now. Life, travels, and just other interests interrupted my Ragnarok streak. smile.gif Nonetheless, I want to keep the guild together and encourage new players to join and play together as part of the CoN. Since I'm aware some guild functions are only accessible by myself--namely, tax settings and titles--I'll make myself available to help out with those things.

However, for invites and kicks, characters Deatheater and Seine have access to these. I'll take out the unused alternates, etc, of players I know. That will keep a few slots open until we gain the next guild level.

What does high tax do? I'm willing to help out however I can, because I'm on quite a bit.

I may start to get on from time to time. I'll hopefully try to hop on with other people in search of higher-level things to do.

The guild levels up from the players (obviously), but through tax.

If a player kills monsters to the effect of 5000exp, (Geographers give 10000 btw) and has a 6% tax, they actually earn 4700exp for themself, and 300 for the guild.

As for high taxation, if you would like to pop deatheater up to 50% tax, the exp really isn't doing me that much good personally anyway. I rather be able to have more people in the guild.

I might mention to s. bob tho that seine and death may not be able to share exp if I'm giving all mine away, and seine manages to boost > 10 lvls ahead of me. tongue.gif
Unless seine has been lvling tho, I may still have a lvl advantage, don't quote me, just my thought.

Also, I'm looking into buying a laptop today after work, I may not, but if I do...

oh so much RO when I'm not at home playing MP-3 tongue.gif

I can't get on RO at the moment, as I'm using an alternate computer. If you're on Lei, could you invite Tallon? (LockesAlterEgo)

And, no, Deatheater is still higher level than me. I haven't spent much time levelling Seine as I've mostly been using Kelthas and Navarro.

Unfortunately, I too, am in the business of using an alternate computer. I ended up buying the cheapest laptop I could find at Best Buy ($400) and I've been struggling with f-ing Vista all night.

I downloaded the RO install file once, but oops! Windows misplaced it. so somewhere I have a gig taken up on my new laptop that windows vista is too dumb to find, so I'm just gonna download it again. hopefully it works. If it does, I'll be RO compatable everwhere. As it is now, it's sharing my iTunes data from my PC, so I have over 80 gigs of music and movies available for access on my 80 gig laptop.

I got Visual Basic 5.0 to work on here, Ragnarok better if it knows what's good for it. tongue.gif

Wow- you level fast...

I know little of either job, but I'm aware that Knights are more offense oriented, and Crusaders are more tankish due to the fact that they can heal themselves. VIT Knights however still make great tanks, and Crusaders seem to have a couple offensive skills as well. I suppose Knight is more common but it's really up to you.

Crusader, we have at least one knight already (Senor), and you don't see crusaders that much, that would be neat.

To be honest, right now I'm considering leaving the guild and finding another one. I've chatted with members from other guilds, and they seem to be having a pretty awesome time. Our guild...is, well, dead.

Of course, I won't be on as much anyway, seeing how school's started and all.

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing, Bob. I'm like level 70 and I've only partied once or twice; I don't even know what else there is to do aside from level up and farm zeny.

Well, if you guys do leave the guild, be sure to make friends with me, I want to be able to see ur status easy. I don't think we ever went through the formalities of making friends b/c we all were just guildies together.

To anyone who cares, I've left the guild and found a more adtive batch in Twilight Manifestos. A lot of people are active there, and I'm having a blast. SonofaSubmariner has also left the guild, and he's joined Epitaph of War.

If the guild ever gets active again, tell me. I could give it another shot.

Not in the CoN guild atleast. I quit RO for a while, but I came back yesterday. Submariner still plays. We're in our respective guilds.

I recently made a character on the mid rate server, and then I felt sad...

I spent an hour and a half, and made a mage that can put my sage to shame sad.gif

I didn't even have to up him to a sage, he pwns everything all too well already.

Hey Pheonix and everybody, sorry for the lack of appearance. I've been terribly busy with me almost graduating, and other life experiences. Also, I still tend on playing, but a few problems have occured. The files for "Ragnarok Online" got deleted, and I'm reinstalling them. I got the file that is 1GB, but the other one (the 33MB) won't work (the link that is). All I keep getting is:

The Web site that is referenced here is not in the configuration database.

Is there anything I can do about this, or a new link you can get perhaps? This would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
