I'm wondering whats the max class level? And I mean all classes in general, because I like to play a class until it does reach the maximum level, or is this pointless?

The max job level is 99 and it's actually not as pointless as you'd think. When you've sent a certain number of letters to people, you can have access to the Secret Blacksmith who can craft stuff for your characters once they've reached Job Level 99. I'm hoping that you're talking about the DS version because this is exclusive to the DS version.
Job levels simply increase your stats and the number of hits you can do in a melee attack so it's always useful, especially for a class like the secret Onion Knight class whose stats become outrageous once they get into the 90s range of their Job Level. -------------------- "You underestimate the strength of a Jedi's mind, Brejik. Also jobs like the Blackbelt and Monk gain better unarmed damage which 'eventually' outputs higher than the best dual claw combination
*edit* I think its about Job72 when the blackbelt starts doing more damage unarmed then the best available weaponry in the game. This post has been edited by Thief Of Navarre on 8th January 2008 01:46 -------------------- |
