i know these been some things about this already but what would you do in the next time you play the game???
i've just finished it again and im willing to give it another go
give me some ideas of what i should try to do.
eg. finish the game in under 20hrs n stuff like that

challenge yourself by creating your own challenges. Don't learn any magic, don't outfit yourself with weapons, don't use any items, etc. Makes the game a lot funner after you defeated it once.

Defeat Kefka with only Celes, Sabin, Edgar, and Setzer. I always wanted to see that ending plus it would be challenging as hell.

You don't even have to have Sabin, btw. I've always wanted to try this too, but I've never had time to start the game again.

Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN?

One of the most challenging aspects wouldn't just be missing characters, but also the items etc. which come with them.

For example, Locke alone gets you the Phoenix Esper (without which you'll be hard pressed to beat the Magi Master to get the Gem Box), Ragnarok sword or Esper, and the Cursed Shield (and thus the Paladin Shield).  Cyan's dream has numerous items, plus the Alexandr Esper.  You need Terra to get the Tritoch Esper, and then also to get to Umaro's cave.  Mog's Moogle Charm.  etc. etc.
Plus all the experience you'll miss out on from missing these quests... experience you'll sorely need to make it through Kefka's Tower with one member per party.
Plus, missing out on all those story elements... it wouldn't make the game fun at all IMHO, just hard.

I got all the characters in my game, I just never equipped weapons or espers (this does not include the unequippable moogles, banon, leo, or anyone else).  I'd like to go through with only the three necessary WoR characters though.

I've done that. All it does is give you endings for the characters like Shadow's (assuming you never waited for him). A gray screen with their portrait and hometown. Lame.

Oh, and the other parts of the ending are changed somewhat, in certain places. Edgar and Setzer will will hold up the beam for Celes if you never get Sabin, etc.

hmm.......... maybe play the game with only two characters when possible

that would be so cool if you could beat it then those two would be Sabin ofcourse and GoGo

you're obviously new to the game so i wont bash you  

they're talking about only beating the game with the three required WoR characters or in otherwords only getting Celes Edgar and Setzer, because the ending changes depending on which characters you have
