That's easy!
Fav male character other than Ramza: I'll have to say Wiegarf, he was a good guy until he gave in to the stone. He was just on the side. Not to mention a chicks magnet! ![]() Mustadio, espcally when Ramza told Worker 8 to 'beat him up' Fav female character: Alma coz here Mbarrier is awesome! not to metion how she can learn Ultima so if she doesn't have enough for MBarrier or DeathSpell2 anymore, there's always Ultima! The Assassins, Celia & Leda! Too bad they do'nt join you. Coz these two chicks rocks! I love them so much that I learned how to counter them whenever I fight them! By that I mean a cat fight! ![]() ![]() -------------------- In order to find your oppenent's weakness, you must first learn their pattern. I like Izlude, Marquis Elmdor, and Ramza
Personally I think Izlude shouldn't have been killed, if he had survived his fathers attack he would have joined Ramza. |

I loved Worker 8 in my first playthrough. He's just so beastly. For humans, I like Musty as a chemist with Aim for secondary. I love Aim Arm on the final bosses first form and Aim Leg on the second.
![]() It's been so long sense I ran the main characters other than Ramza. I like using the genarics. -------------------- Blah Blah Blah Tidal Wave Spam! |

Even though FFT had a large cast of characters, a lot of them were still deep and well.. interesting. I liked how even the antagonists had plausible, if not good, reasons for their actions. For the most part, they didn't simply strive to be oh so evil. A good example would be Gafgarion (no, he's not my favourite character).
I did like Izlude, Agrias, Beowulf, Reis, Simon, Alma to name a few... but my favourite are Wiegraf, Miluda and Ovelia. Miluda was rather an obscure character, I know. Her early death denied her the chance to develop throughout the storyline, nontheless, she played a very important part in it. The little bit the game allowed us to see of Miluda was enough to make the player... or at least me... respect the character and her cause. Wiegraf is a complex character. It's saddening that, unlike Miluda, he survived only to subsequently realise that his struggle didn't make a lot of difference. The Death Corpse was founded on hope; he died apainful death after having lost it all. Ovelia, a tragic heroine, is an unappreciated character. I liked her personality, her background and the overall role she played in the story. Although she often appeared to be weak and vulnerable, I'd say it takes a lot of strength to have endured for the sake of Ivalice and its people, right? To be honest, I disliked Ramza, particularly in the original version. He wasn't so bad in the War of the Lions, but the original translation made him sound a bit too... dense, sometimes robotic, even later on in the game. Funny how much difference the translation can make. If we're talking about useful playable characters, I'd have to say Agrias- she's strong yet perfectly balanced. >_> Balthier in the PSP War of the Lions. His arm shot and plunder skills helped me a lot. -------------------- Random game quote of the day: "Wilt thou change this world... Or wilt thou change thyself?" (Water Dragon, Chrono Cross) |

Delita, of course. He's the deepest character in the game. The kid from the other side of the tracks who has spent his whole life around ramza and alma, who have everything handed to them. Who end up suffering through the death of his sisters for some nobles' struggles. He reappears, and masterfully manipulates everyone - ending up on the throne. Love him. He didn't worry if he was using people or stabbing them in the back either. Just another part of him that I like. Probably because other people don't. I do like Ramza though, especially towards the end when he starts to become more confident in his own abilities. Outside that: Wiegraf/Izlude.

My favorite was Balmafula , even though she didnt have a major roll she's still my favorite. A close second is Agrias.

Mine would have to be Agrias. Even though she loses importance later on in the story, she's still my favorite character.

I'm a sucker for Agrias, as well. Sure, she has no real impact on the storyline later seeing as how you can just choose to ditch Agrias, but she's still an awesome character. To me, she's a much greater addition to my party than Mustadio and I use her in battle all throughout the game, even after getting Orlandu/Orlandeau. But, then again, I didn't really choose to use either in the War of the Lions.
Meliadoul comes in at a close second. She's a lot more useful in the War of the Lions now that those equipment break abilities work on monsters, as well. ![]() -------------------- "You underestimate the strength of a Jedi's mind, Brejik.
