Ok my party seems to be REALLY behind on levels, Dart is level 33, and my other characters are in the level 29 range. Now for where I am in the game is Death City Mayhil (Mispelled I know) I was thinking of going back to Veilweb and just using "Shirley's healing spot" and then level there but is there any place that really gives nice experience? Like say 500+?

Note: I did the sub-quest with the other Dragoon Spirits' in Veilweb.

The only really good way to gain experience is to find those world map enemies that have only 1-4 HP but are nearly impossible to deal damage to. Here's a list of them. You need the Magic Signet Stone to deal damage to most of the stronger ones.
