We're supposed to have new trailers for just about every upcoming Square-Enix game at TGS, October 9th-12th. That includes The 3rd Birthday, Dragon Quest IX, Dissidia, all three FF XIII games, both upcoming Kingdom Hearts spinoffs, and CTDS. The big rumor is that Kingdom Hearts III will have an official announcement and trailer at the show, but that's just a rumor (hence why it's in this thread).
Also, one curious item is that Dragon Quest IX is still dated for 2008 in Japan. It has no official date, no playable demo anywhere, and very few details about the game in general. It's going to have a trailer at TGS without any demo, and it's still coming out this year? What? -------------------- |

The male main character of FF XIII, featured in a few recent trailers, is named Snow.
First Lightning, and now Snow. As if Cloud and Squall weren't enough. Source: RPGFan (I almost newsposted this, but the info is so small in quantity and trivial in nature that I decided not to. There's some Agito info in the RPGFan article as well) -------------------- |

Yesterday, I heard that Nintendo was possibly going to remake Pokemon Gold and Silver. Linkie There is some believable stuff in there. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to get a remake of the second gen. It was my favourite! -------------------- Why, hello guys! Square-Enix has a new countdown clock: http://www.bahamut.jp/
With a GIANT Bahamut and Alexander in the background (that might be some kind of giant thing besides Alexander). Some people are saying we could have a sequel to Bahamut Lagoon on our hands, but it could be any number of things. Your guess is as good as mine as to what the hell it is. We'll find out Monday. -------------------- |

Fancy countdown clocks are awesome. It's the way video game announcements are done in style. I can't wait to see what it is!

Well, it turned out to be a DS game called Blood of Bahamut, with visuals that are simply too good to be a DS game. Square-Enix sure knows how to make a pretty cutscene.... There's now a trailer and a logo on the bahamut.jp website.

Quote (Death Penalty @ 17th November 2008 18:44) *Sighs with disappointment* Me too. I'm getting tired of this. I don't want to see another countdown clock for at least a couple weeks (when I forget about saying this!). This post has been edited by BlitzSage on 7th August 2009 18:47 -------------------- |
