Helpies! cant find terra.

I am playing ffvi advance...and i am at the part when i am supposed to go to the sealed gate, but whenever i get there it tells me that i need terra. but i cant find terra anywhere?! does anyone know where shes at at this point in the game. she just regained her memory....i just cant find her. thanks
