I thought I knew everything, but then I had a question, and didnt find it via the search engine.

Can I swap the shield around and still make the 255 battles? Im at the point of the WOR were Im just mainly leveling and learning magic, having just gotten the shield. Can I use it on different people and total 255 or does it need to be 255 by the same person?

Let me know as Ive begun with someone at level 55, and Im wondering if I need to stick with them until the time is up?

I haven't tried it with the PSX or SNES versions, but my experience with the GBA version is that, yes, it works even if it's been passed around a bit.

I know because I had switched it between Strago and Relm while levelling in the Fanatics Tower. It was cool, though, because I put a Lich Ring and Master's Scroll on them and equipped them with a Healing rod. It was nice, especially since I didn't have to concentrate on healing so much.
