I don't know if this has ever been addressed but ....

So in the new gba adv version, they changed the line when you go to the Imperial camp outside Doma and listen to the two soldiers to something like..."It's like General Leo got all the good qualities and Kefka got everything else".

So is their a connection between the two of them something like the movie Twins(Arnold and Danny Devito) it wouldn't be a stretch since Celes was also experimented on at birth.

What do you think???

I think it's more of an opinion between the two soldiers personally, I think they're just trying to say Kefka has every quality that isn't good.
They don't respect him anywhere near as much as Leo and so it's probably just an insult aimed at him.
I can see what you mean though, but if there was a link, I think it would have been elaborated on more during the story.

In the end, it boils down to two simple choices. Either you do or you don't.

It just seems kinda logical since Leo is a bit too good and Kefka a bit too evil, kinda strange to have polar opposites and not have some kind of connection. But yea nothing else has pointed to it yet, guess I have to play some more into the game.

Well, they were most likely designed to be foils of eachother, but I think that's as far as it goes. There's nothing else in the game that implies that they're connected, or anything. I think you're delving into this a bit too much.

I think you may be reading too much into that. Other than their mutual allegiance to the Empire, Leo and Kefka have nothing in common or have any other common link.
