Pretty self-explanatory - I was checking gonintendo.com and saw a link about Ted Woolsey. Most people here probably know who he is, but he is the guy that translated FF VI. So these guys interviewed him and he talks about the translation process. It is a very interesting listen; and the Ted Woolsey portion starts about halfway through the podcast. Enjoy!
