The Henne Mines are in "The Shred" area, but can't be accessed directly because of the huge chasm. To get there, go to the northeasternmost area with the save point and use the Imperial Soldier's chocobo, then head into the area just before there (Field of Light Winds?). There is a chocobo-only path there in the thicket that takes you in front of the mines. Also, you can get to that part by renting a choco and heading into the chocobo-only path in the eastern part of "Haulo Green."

Just for further clarification, you can see the name of each screen on a map by highlighting it. (My husband couldn't figure that out, so I thought I'd just put that out there.)

Yeah, I forgot about that. If you're having trouble figuring out where everything is, there's a cartographer moogle in Jahara that can sell you a map. 1500-3000g, I believe.
