Okay, first...
When does your title (i.e. returner, chocobo knight, etc. )change?
2. Do you get to pick what you are called when it does actually change
3. if you get warned how long does it last?
and finally,
4. Do you get edited for using too many emoticons, and, if so, how many are too many?

1. Check the Help Section. 2. No. 3. Depends on what you did. And what your behaviour is like after being warned. 4. I beleive it stops letting you use them after you've done eight, but generally, I don't think a post needs more then four, and that would be for a long post.

2)-if you are warned, for, say, swearing, if you still cuss like, like, a, thing that swears a lot (EG- eminem) , dont expect to still be able to use your user name again, yes?

 1:do the rules apply to everyone? even site moderators?
 2:what would happen if they did something wrong?
 3:can any1 (with web design skillz) become a site moderator?
    (that doesnt mean I want to be one, its jus a question)
 4:do you like fried chicken?
 5:will I get warned if I ask anymore stupid questions?

Why ask questions like that M-R? You're just itching to get warned for something. The moderators have to obey the rules, but they can make them so in reality they can do anything they want. And becoming a moderator probably requires not only responsiblity levels, but some intelligent ones as well.

I'm reluctant to answer the stupid ones because people will follow in the example, but it wouldn't get you warned.  It takes a great deal of rule breaking or staff annoyance to get warned.

But to answer your actual questions...
1]  The rules apply to everyone.  Even Climhazzard, though he doesn't like to admit it.

2]  Moderators are sometimes in the wrong, and if that happens, another mod will usually fix the problem in the post and send them a quick PM just letting them know what happened.  I can't think of any instance where I've had to do this to anyone, but that's what I would do.  I think with the mods and staff that we have, it's really not going to be a big issue or even an issue at all.

3]  Not all the mods we have right now are mods because we have web design skills.  I, for example, have very few web design skills, I just know basic HTML.  While I've done some HTML to help out the site, I personally do more moderation of the chat and forums and data entry than anything else.  Moderators are chosen when needed and are picked due to the skills they possess and how they match up with the skills the CoN needs.  So, to follow your example, if we needed some new web designers, we'd probably look for people that have the ability to be creative yet still be functional with their web designs.  That's really up to Josh to decide, though.
