Ugh I wish I could remember exactly what he says, but if you take Vincent with you when you go fight hojo, he says something like.

"I was wrong, the one who should've been sleeping all this time was you, Hojo!"

It gives me goosebumps everytime he says it though, if anyone remembers the real quote please tell me ^^

Checkers game

I've scoured the internet and was unable to find the one I have in mind. It's this speech that Cid gives, I think it takes place while Cloud is wounded in Mideel. Cid compares the planet to a sick little kid and in a big universe all alone and they have to do whatever it takes to save it.

Barret is moved by the speech and asks Cid what he plans to do.

Cid responds with something along the lines of "hell if I know" and the emotional music cuts off.

There's a flashback (when Cloud was only a defenceless nooblet, and Sephiroth was a good guy) where Cloud and Sephiroth are working together. Can't remember exactly, but they get into a fight with this dragon thing.

Cloud: Holy crap. It's a dragon. *Hits dragon for 1 dmg.* Shit! It's defense is massive!

Sephiroth: *One-Hit-KOs dragon (5000 dmg).* Hmmm.... 5000 is low for me... need to get my sword sharpened.

Cloud (After 10 seconds of speechlessness): .......wat.

Okay so I'm paraphrasing a bit but it was along those lines. ^^
