What exactly triggers the making of Excalibur? I know the process of getting it forged, but do you need to wait a certain ammount of time? Or is there an even that triggers it? I believe I have had it in the Giant Of Babil (but Im not completely sure...)

It takes something like 20-30 minutes to forge it, I think, or any event. I usually give it to him just before getting the spaceship, and come back for it right after the sequence where it comes out of the water.
