Hey, I just ran across this interesting assessment of the development of animation in the whole Final Fantasy franchise.

This series gets really interesting once you get past FF1, both because there's more to talk about and also because he can go back and compare and contrast previous games at that point. It's almost a shame he's putting so much work in these videos because he's only been able to make it to FF4 so far and that's taken about eighteen months and counting.

This series has made it to FFV & FFVI, and I've very much enjoyed the creator's insights.
I'm looking forward to hearing their thoughts on FFXVI some time in 2030. |
