Well, I don't know exactly, but I do know that if a certain part of Dex in a formula reaches 256, it's like having it at 1.

str-damage physically(power sources)
vit-Health points dex-how fast the atb fills up(speed sources) spirit-magic abilities(magic sources) and also luck sources race your luck(you do want luck) luck raises the success rate of D.Blow and critical hit rate and power sources you can get by morphing the enemy found at gongonga reactor all sources can be morphed from enemies in the sunken gelnika plane i don't know any of the formulas for how they affect exactly Edit i'm glad below i have been corrected on vitality, but i still believe dex affects how quickly your atb gauge fills This post has been edited by Cloud_Strife510 on 11th October 2005 01:31 -------------------- "Have you ever seen a baby do that before?" |

Strength = Physical Damage
Magic = Magical Damage Vitality = Physical Resistance Spirit = Magical Resistance Dexterity = Speed and adds a bonus to your physical evasion rate % by Dexterity/4 Luck = Chance to inflict a critical hit in % (physical attacks/limits/etc.). I think it's luck/3 but I'm unsure about this. Attack = Weapon PA + Strength + Other accessories + Materias... Defense = Armor Defense + Vitality + Other accessories... Get the others by logic I'm sick of typing everything ![]() Evade % = Chance to evade a physical attack (note that 100% doesn't mean you will evade every attack) M Evade % = Chance to evade a magical attack, normally every magic has a 100% hit rate. This stat can only be greater using an armor with a higher M evade %. This post has been edited by Zodiac on 12th October 2005 15:58 -------------------- Sayonara |

Quote (Zodiac @ 12th October 2005 09:45) Evade % = Chance to evade a physical attack (note that 100% doesn't mean you will evade every attack) this is because the enemy hit rate can surpass 100%, right? and.. does anyone knows the damage formula? well, if not, ill try to figure out later^^ |
