Hey Josh.

I think the concept behind the composition is cute, but the picture itself is a bit amateurish. It lacks the dynamic energy that you need to make an image appeal to the eye.

You should consiter blocking out the basic shapes of the things you draw before fleshing them out. For instance, moogles have a vaguely peanut shaped head when viewed straight on, something that looks like was attempted in this pic, but not quite executed.

Also, you should probably lower the eyes and nose, and perhaps make the nose bigger. (The ff9 style moogles have shnozes twice that big, I think, which is where this particular moogle looks like he came from.)

It's cute, but it needs work. Keep at it! thumbup.gif

That's really cute. smile.gif

My only complaint is that you can't see the earphones in his ears. But that's not a big deal.

Its a nice simple pic. You've got some light shading in there. Thats good.

As Elena said the ear phones don't look like they're in its ears.

Only other thing I have a problem with is the little tuft of fur on its belly. Personally, I think that would look better on the moogle's chest.Other than that you've got a cute pic.

Do moogles have padding on the bottoms of their feet?

Though I'm getting tired of this i-Pod phase, this pic is good, there isn't much to say that hasn't been already done. Good job though thumbup.gif
