It was working a while ago. Hm.

Well, from the brief glimpses I saw, it was better than your MSpaint stuff. Not that the MSPaint stuff was bad per se, but I think the pencil drawings fit you more.
Btw, who was that in the second pic with the chocobo?

See what happens when ye drop the MSpaint and grab a pencil? Your art becomes that much better. Judging by these drawings, it certainly looks like ye have more control with a pencil than ye did with a mouse.

I could give ye suggestions on what could be improved, but that would be really hard do in words. I would rather show ye by making some edits to one of your pics, so I would like to ask for your permission to do that, so can I? Can I, PWEASE biggrin.gif ??

[EDIT]Awe, what the heck, it's not like I'm editing your REAL picture, right? Here's the edited version with the major issues that I noticed: Terra: Edited Version. I made these edits based on what I believe was your real intention. First off, the line in the shoulder area is jest a reference (for both me and you) to demonstrate how the line of the back, if traced further upward past the arm, would go toward, roughly, the end of the shoulder. Basically, ye was missing a big chunk of her back, which I have filled in. The rest of the red line is more or less how the rest of the body would be rendered, to which ye came fairly close. As for the left arm, or rather, the arm in the back of the pic, I drew (to the best of me ability with a mouse) the way your drawing shows it (in black) and a more proper way of doing it (in blue). First, the wrist shouldn't be curved. Also, the way ye drew the hand might be more appropriate for a sword drawn more toward the viewer, but not as ye actually depicted the sword. In particular, look at the thumbs. If ye don't believe me, try holding something in your hand and look at it in a mirror. Some of these edits may apply to your Celes pic, too.

I see no major problems with your male figures (of course, they aren't wearing form-fitting clothing, either), although Locke's neck might be a tad too long. Outside of that, the only thing I can suggest is, if ye really want to learn how to draw the human body, ye should closely observe some REAL examples, such as your own body. I still look at meself all the time when I draw me figures. As the saying goes: "If you want to draw an orange realistically, look at a real orange." Or something like that... tongue.gif You're already off to a solid start, so keep it up!

Oh, and btw, why does your chocobo's beak look more like a duck's bill? It is kind of cute, though happy.gif .

I really do like the way your faces look, they're quite nice. The thing is though, I'm not quite sure what to say about the rest of the figures.

That guy in the drawing was supposed to be Bartz Klaus from FFV, the main character. Thanks for your responses everyone! I'll keep workin' on them!
