I liked Yoshimitsu, Mitsurugi, and Talim from soul caliber 2, but my all time favorite character is East Honda.

Marth/Roy (ssbm)
Helena (DOA)
Kasumi (DOA)
Gon (Tekken 3)
Sabin (No, he's not in a fighting game, but I think they should do a square-enix fighting game like ssbm, that'd be awesome)
