I ALREADY HAVE THEM!!

When I go into the menu they appear, good. When I try to cast them in the battle menu they've magicly disappeared. What the hell is happening.

The spells are: DRAIN, BREAK, BIO, BLINK, SHELL, ESNA.

It's prolly your magic level. If you're using the magic with another class you'll need to have learned that magic level with the original mage class.

Take the white mage;
With L1 white magic you'll cast: Cure, Scan, Antidote
L2: Mute, Protes, Mini
L3: Cure2, Raise, Muddle
L4: Blink, Shell, Esuna
...and so on. You need to go back to your white mage and learn the next magic level.

Then are you trying to use them with red? Red can only ever cast the first three levels of white and black.

I'm not using any job, They are just straight characters. Do I need to be in WHITE or BLACK mage mode in order for the magic to appear?!

Or equip the Black! or White! ability?

Hahaha, you must probably are using !Red, which is limited to LV3 spells. ( LV4 spells or more can be casted using !Red, if you have !White or !Black as a secondary command in Bare or Mime, good for using !RedX2 command, but that's other history).
That's the only thing possible to say, since you mastered both White and Black magic.
