Well, I got into the WoR, and I just got through the scence where shadow is in the bed in Thamasa resting after you save him. Now, is it ok if i go and get him now from the colosseum? Or should I wait until later in the game?

Yeah, Galsic's right. By the way, it can be EITHER Relm or Shadow in the cavern. If you don't save Shadow, Relm would be in Thamasa and you would have to go and look for her in Jidoor. But, that's off-topic, so I'll stop there.
