Momma and the baby are doing fine.... and the siblings are adjusting to the new addition rather well, too.

Dadda, on the other hand, suspects that the children are all involved in a plot to break him through various torture tactics.... chief among them are sleep deprivation and humiliation by way of spouting bodily fluids on him. dry.gif

Hey, neat. So that's the little bundle of joy I've been hearing so much about. Most of my sentiments have been stated to you before already but still, I'd like to say congratulations one last time for good measure. New life is always a happy thing and I wish good fortune to be bestowed upon 'lil Christa. Happy tidings to you and your family and remember, fatigued adults make for pushovers when the infants invade in their rubber ducky and pony shaped UFOs. Stand strong Fatherman, for the fate of the world stands on your shoulders! (Cue commercial break in three, two, one.)

Congratulations on your new addition. Somehow, whenever I think of babies, I see a bright future. Young children could possibly change the world for the better. happy.gif

Congrats again.

Congrats, Hamedo! A new family member is always exciting. I never experienced a new sibling or offspring since I'm the youngest in my family and not married, but I know I'm always happy when I get a new cousin. happy.gif Best of luck raising the lil' bundles of joy.

Btw, Brielle looks suspciously like my sister did at that age. Weird. Same eyes and hair and everything. Really strange. Good news is, though, she'll have really pretty eyes when she gets older.

Everyone that keeps saying "new addition" makes it sound that your building a home office or guest room or something.

But congratulations, Hamedo, she's adorable! She seems quite fascinated by her older sister's knee as well, but hey, that doesn't hold back the cuteness.

just kidding, all children are wonderful, and yet a pain in the side right at the same time

Edit
it's amusing that the youngest is staring at her toe, kids are fun

Aw...

I WANNA PINCH THOSE CHUBBY BABY CHEEKS!! heart.gif

Err...just, y'know, an involuntary reaction there...

Seriously though, your kids are adorable. Congrats to you and Mrs. Hamedo on your brand new bundle of (hopefully) joy! She has a beautiful name, too. Here's to many years of happy parenting, and the hope for the least possible sibling rivalry! smile.gif

For whoever asked, yeah... I've got a son, Hunter Christian. Just turned 5 and started school. *sniff sniff*

Here are all of the yardapes that make up Clan Hamedo. The guy with the unkempt goatee and puffy, sleepy face.... disregard him.

Shirtless kids rock, man. When I was a kid, I hated shoes and shirts.... I even remember thinking that McDonalds didn't like me, since they had a big "shoes and shirt required" sign right at my 8 year old eye level. Bah! mad.gif

Not sure where I heard the term "yardapes" from. It was long ago, though... I know that much. I've used that term for years... mostly to describe others' children, though. shifty.gif

Hunter and Brielle get along very well, and they are both crazy about the new baby. Surprisingly, they like to help out any way they can... like helping us change diapers or change her clothes or rock her to sleep. I think it stems from them just wanting to be useful and wanting a bit of attention themselves. happy.gif
