Put MXC on Challenge petition. This petition is for those of you who wish to see MXC air on the Challenge network Spetember 3rd, 2005. I am for this, while another member of a forum I regularly frequent (he shall remain nameless dry.gif ) is not. So I guess you can say, I'm being kind of a rebel. But you know, I'm all for MXC going abroad, so why not, you know? It might take a minute for your signiture/statement to show up, though. The signiture goal is 500 signitures. Please sign, and show your support. Thank you! happy.gif

John: So you don't want your screen saver to come on for another four hours?
Me: Where does it say that?
John: Here where it was 240 minutes.
Me: Is that four hours?
John: Yeah, 60 X 4.
Me: Is that four hours, though?
John: ....They'll never take you back in school.

So wait... your petition is to put MXC on a channel you can't even watch in a different country, instead of the existing version of Takeshi's Castle I used to watch when I had access to the channel?

I can't really understand why, to be honest.

It's not an issue of "stupid yanks" so much as "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I haven't seen MXC, but I can tell you that Takeshi was plenty humourous enough without, ahem, "fart jokes", which are about the least funny thing ever IMO. The concern probably comes from fans of the original who don't want an overdub added to what they already enjoy - and I'm sure I'd be in that category if I still received Challenge.

Wouldn't it be better to let current viewers of Challenge decide what goes on their channel than trying to influence it from abroad?

It was mostly something to help my friends in England.
