Shrine Knights all the way for me. They're powerful, mysterious, and they have the ways and means to accomplish their goals. They turn all of Ivalice into their puppets (besides that annoying Ramza guy mad.gif ) proving that they are the best little string pullers in the world... thumbup.gif

I know I'm not playing fair by choosing a specific group, but I have to say Ramza.

The only thing I really didn't feel as if I was him was during the scene where Algus berates the Death Knight.

The Shrine Knights, though I would've voted the Nanten just because of the Black Sheep Knights. But overall the Shrine Knights were just better.

Shrine Knights as well. Is there anyone who didn't like them? They just seem like the obvious choice to me.

The Shrine Knights are one of the factions whose intents are fleshed out fairly well, so I'll have to go with them as well. They're active throughout the game unlike side-filler like Bart Company or the Black Sheep Knights.

Nanten would get my second pick, though.

I'm going to have to go with Ramza... Ramza's intentions are also pretty clear to you, and he seems to be one of the only ones who isn't being used in some way. I do like the shrine knights too, because of their fancy clothes. tongue.gif But they're bad people, so I wouldn't associate with them. (well most of them anyway)

Though decision. I simpatize the Death corps, and its leader Wiegraf. They have "noble" goals, they just want to equal society....because of the obvious political-economical-social status differences. I wish Ramza and Delita could join them.

Ramza, he has a clear focus on his goals, and strives to achieve 100%. Plus, he has a very kind personality. I also like the Nanten Knights, simply because Orlandu and Olan are in it.

^ Ditto. Though they are the first "villians" in the game, I felt they had rather noble and good intentions.

I gotta go with the the Death Corps. its all about Miluda. Coolest character in the game. She understood folowing her brother was suicide but she did it anyway because she wanted to fight for what she belived in. Plus their pretty much the only faction who wasnt in it for purely seflish reasons.....only PARTLY sefish tongue.gif !

;o;

I think you should have included an "Other's" vote.

Because I personally was estatic for Marquis Mesdoram Elmdor.

And he was affiliated with the Black Lion and than the Church.

D;

The only reason he's my favorite is because the Genji equipment is so awesome.

As well as the Masamune.

It's always been my favorite weapon, even way before STUPID Sephiroth weld it in Final Fantasy VII.

Call me a prick, but I'd be like Delita and accosiate myself with different groups, kingdoms, factions, or what-have-you and use and decieve them to get done what I'd feel needs to be done. It's a good way to victory.

I don't really have a favorite out of all of the different groups, but I would lean slightly toward the Death Corps. I mean, they have DEATH in the name!! How cool is that?!

Sign me up for the Grog Hill Monk Club, the only group listed who managed to beat me in the game consistently. The others were chumps who were either totally manipulated by Delita and Dycedarg or killed by Ramza's party, or both.
