Okay, this is a problem, when i ltry to log out, it says that i've logged out, but after i do that, i look up at the left hand corner, and i'm still logged in.

and when i log in, even though i click "no" on the "remember me?" thing <i used to have it set up> everytime i come in, i'm automatically logged in.
and the page it shows when it does that is of 2 days ago,

but i'm also wondering, is it because i change my avatar often?

I think you're probably caching the page. Try clearing your browser cache (IE is Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files, dunno about other browsers.) I sometimes get that when I visit the site, go elsewhere, then come back to the front page. I have to hit F5 to update it, then everything's fine.

You can also try refreshing with ctrl+F5 in IE, it forces a cache-independant refresh. You should try that first.
