Protoman/Blues, easily. He's just way too cool, with his mysterious demeanor and awesome shades. The Proto Shield is a plus, too. He's also the coolest character in Bob and George, so that might have a bearing on my judgment.

i thought metal man was the coolest out of wiley's bots, but in terms of levels, i liked snake man's the most because of the snake mini bosses, i liked to use quick mans weapon the best, and i liked charge man's music the best.

I voted for Forte/Bass because of his role in Rockman and Forte. The double jump was great, I found the game much easier and much more fun to complete when playing as him. Some of Wily's robots were really good too, someone mentioned Snake Man, who is one of my favorites. I also like Protoman/Blues a lot...I guess there's really nobody to dislike.
