Its pretty good. The first one has that weird thing with the neck going on (and it isn't straight btw.)

It looks pretty good. Your version seems a bit more masculine than the reference pic. Thats what I noticed the most.

Thats closer to the mark. I don't think you should have made the buck teeth so prominent though.

not too bad - and the buck teeth are a part of what makes lil slugger unique, so ya have to show it to some extent, and sprites are a tad limiting on showing minute detail
