heh heh well you do have alot of them.. anyway my favorite mini-game is definitely chocobo racing not only because it is fun but because it is very rewarding.

i dont have a specific fav, but the motorcycle ride and chocobo racing have a tie for the first, mog house takes an easy 2nd

Hehe, mog house, hands down. Oh, and the basketball one at the Golden Saucer, once you get the hang of it, it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO easy. It wasn't all that FUN, but I could get a lot of GP easy.

Ah, the mini-games. The only area where Seven blows Six out of the water, in my opinon.
Anyway, the favourite of the lot was, as far as I'm concerned, the Submarine game. The motorcycle game was a close second, but to me, nothing really beat the fact I was sinking enemy warships. In fact, I do belive the Sub game to have been far superior to nearly all the FF mini-games (Blitzball was tiresome, and FF X-2 wasn't a very good large game and awful when you actually recall it was a series of mini-games glued together with a plot that was rejected from Eastenders). The reasons for my thinking this are simple: It was fun as hell, and whilst it didn't grant the best of possible rewards, I wasn't after rewards in mini-games, I wanted fun. The submarine game gave fun. And a cheap source of further FF7 innuendo. Ugh that sub game was fun, but I'd always do something I think lvl 4-5? and I'd go around shooting stuff and could never find those last 1 or 2 subs until my time was almost out =X

I've spent more hours on the submarine game than any other. The motorcycle and snowboarding games didn't interest me that much.

The motorcycle is one of my favorites. That one, the shooter coaster, snowboarding, submarine, and the 3-D battler are my faves with the occassional dose of Chocbo racing. Cool stuff

ah yes, i completely forgot about the submarine one - that one is definately the best - and although i beat all of the levels, its just easier (and just as rewarding :-P) to do the junon reactor level, the easiest one

I liked them all, personally. The submarine game, the moogle game, snowboarding, motorcycle... Liked them all.
Square is porting the snowboarding game over to cell phones actually. |

Snowboarding, I compete with my little brother all the time to see who got the best time, ( course A: 53 seg 800.

lol, but instead of a golden bat, you have a giant sword, and unless you're fairly good at it, youre not as efficient as lil slugger :-P

snowboarding all the way. its almost a full game in itself what with the time attacks and speed up ballons etc. theres so much to do to complete it all.

I liked the chocobo racing the best

Snowboarding!
I played the snowboarding everyday for so long, until I got 100/100 on the first 2 difficulties, but my best score on the hardest track is 97. I'll get there one day! Its so damn good! Does the Battle Arena count as a mini Game? Cos that was one of the best parts of the game, and if you get the nasty handicaps, one of the most challenging! |
