Champion Belts?

The walkthrough on this site mentions Champion Belts only being available for winning in Disc 1, yet all other walkthroughs I've checked mention it being available afterwards, for less BP. Anyone know what the final word on that is?

I just popped in the third disc and they're available. I doubt they're restricted on the second one, as well.

If someone could confirm this and the amount of BP that it costs on subsequent discs, we will fix the content.

I'll get round to checking my saves too if no ones else answers by then.
On a side note, the belt rocks for Cid. Regarding Championship Belts, I'm not sure if it's noted on the site, but on my post-Rocket Town, Disc 1 level, the belts are 25600 BP.
