Man Im Stuck On Nightmare 2nd Encounter and If U Can Help PLease Do

Are you on Normal or Hard mode? Well, anyway, the most important thing about fighting Nightmare is to keep jumping and rolling from Rune Circle to Rune Circle so his lashes will miss and his missile-thingies will miss if you can time your rolls correctly. If you have a spare moment, pound him with E&I in between rollings to build up your meter, and DT if he shows his sphere. When the sphere shows up, pound him with either an Ifrit Inferno, a prolonged Alastor Air Raid, Ifrit four-hit combos (charged), or Alastor five-hit combos. The important thing with Nightmare is too keep the Rune Circles full and to keep movin; if you get too low on life, DT to heal instead of using items to get a high rating. If you handled the third Nelo Angelo battle without using any items then you should be able to take Nightmare on just fine. Good luck.

Also, why did you check these forums for DMC help instead of, say, an actual DMC forum or an FAQ? If you're having trouble with the second Nightmare, I hate to see the trouble you have with the third one, check GameFAQs or something.

Thanx alot. but the reason i didnt because gamefaqs and other cheat guides didnt help me. all they said is to hit runecircles and attack the sphere
