I'm not talking about the character, but their stereotype (for lack of a better word) Sorry if it was confusing, but I know the word but I can't remember it!!! If you might know post it.

gotta go with the meat head factor. you know... hit stuff first; ask questions later. one who isn't too bright, but not a complete blockhead either... yeah... Sabin is cool

If you wanted to know who we (as in "The People Of The Caves Of Narshe") liked the best in there personalities of the characters then I would have to go with kefka. It takes a lot of skill to pull-off a good evil, evil character. I mean just look at his laugh. It must of taken the people who came up with him a long time to get the charecter just right.

Let's hear it for Derranged Evil Lunatic Octopi! I mean, come on, Ultros has the best personality there. The "I'm gonna beat you up, oh wait nevermind, actually I'm going to try and fail, but oh well." was funny, at least to me. So yeah.

Womanizer. I wandered about the MeatHead, but since Desh's appearance in FF3 i loved lines like: "We got a ship! Now we can go looking for beatiful women all over the world!" or Edge's "Hot damn! Two beatiful women on the same team!" These guys are great!

though setzer is by now my well known favorite, i would have to say the treaure hunter. locke just had an exciting past, and if you want to throw in the "tortured guy" factor, locke had lots of that too, with him blaming himself for rachels death.

This is a difficult decision but the No 1 villian of all time Kefka gets my vote. His personality is unique I've never seen this in any other game I've ever played.

The tortured, secretive assassin gets my vote.
It's always good to see a character with inner conflict (since it's one of the things that makes characters characters in the first place). I love the mysterious characters with inner demons and dark secrets, and Shadow was no exception. The sheer intrigue surrounding him was so enigmatically powerful that despite his comparatively lower amount of screen time, he became one of the more important figures in the game. -------------------- "I always have a quotation for everything - it saves original thinking." ~Dorothy L. No Celes? Or did she just tie for Tortured Girl? :-/
I'm all about Terra and the multifacetedness you can apply to her and the dynamic interplay she has with the other characters... yes, I'm one of the junkies who drools over TerraxLockexCeles fan fic, and I also regularly drool over Terra herself... I mean, natural green hair (Damn you, PSX version)... <drool> Hers is also probably one of the best themes I've ever heard, remixes, orchestral covers, and pianos DOWN pat. Of course, Kefka also gets a few nods as to being the only villain in history to succeed at destroying the world. Even if he gets trounced in the end. I'm trying to perfect my "Uwee hee hee" to sound workable. |

gotta go with locke on this as well. but it is not just cause i am a locke fan but also cause of what he does. a man searching for relics of the past to bring back his love..and to make so riches is a man that is alright by my books. plus i am also a fan of the indiana jones movies and he is also a man that can be considered a treasure hunter. so locke gets my vote.

I would have to vote for Celes as 'tortured girl'. She's haunted by what she stood for in the past and tries to make things right. I always identified more with her than with the other female characters (Relm, Terra).

Sabin has the best attitude. Period. Coming close second would be Kefka, if he wasn't a clown guy thing whatever in the beginning, he would be a lot better
![]() Of the girl characters, Celes was the best, but of the "Hidden tormenting past" it would definitely be Shadow. I see why many people would like Cyan's character, but, eh, he's not that great to me, although he treats women FAR better than Edgar, and for that Cyan is cool ![]() |

I gotta say, Cyan's probably the tightest personality type in the game. Yeah, I liked Ultros and Kefka, and other CHARACTERS are probably better, but Cyan's personality was probably the best.
