The walkthrough says that this materia is in one room in Gelnika Sunken Ship . I looked for it in every single Gelnika's room . Where is it ??

It's hidden in the top-right corner of this room, on the bottom level. It shows up on screen as a purple materia, though it's actually yellow.

It's not just next to the chest... it's on the lower level.

i press the O button , but the chest is already open , and i cant pick it up!!!

It's not in the chest. Do you see how in the screenshot, Cloud is on the lower level, below the chest, and you can see a small purple orb behind the chest? That's what you're going after.
