Well, really, in a very similar way that you posted this very useful thread.

Generally, if you copy and paste from a text file (or even a word processor document, though that can cause formatting errors), you can simply post chapters or entire fics at the same time. All submission is currently done by posting the stories at these forums, which you might note by looking a little deeper into this forum.

Where exactly are you seeing problems? Your post is not clear enough to provide specific help.
