I liked Rydia best because she wasn't helpless in battle, but her summons and black magic really are the best. She's definitely the best overall FF spellcaster, too.

I went with Rosa because of my old belief that defense is the best offense. With her healing you can keep everyone else alive not to mention Holy does alot of damage.

Tellah. Yes, I know his stats and MP suck, I know he kinda does something less-than-pleasing in the middle of the game...

But his role in the plot, however weirdly foolish, and however impulsive at rage, help give him the cake. Also, he's an angry old guy with magic.

I voted Tellah, for pretty much the same reasons as GMH.

I thought Rydia was the best the Rosa. Rydia's black magic was helpful with meteo and flare. Tellah and Fusoya were worthless especially Tellah who was useless to me. Edge's magic was alright but he was a better attacker. The twins were alright their twin powers were the best though.

It's normally a three way tie inbetween Tellah, FoSoYa and Rydia. Depending on my various moods and the point of the game I'm thinking of most, it changes. All three are highly versital when you have them and the former of the two have quite interesting personalities. Besides, I don't normally even think about the twins due to their short screen time and Rosa, while highly useful as a healer didn't really catch much of my interest. As for my vote, because of this small split, I'll have to go with Undecided.

Rosa, because I like her white magic and is strong in some way with the bow and arrows, for me seems a versatile character and is best White mage than Cecil.

My choice was Rosa, and here's why. I could have beaten the game with Rydia dead and the three males (or two males, since Edge always died) attacking. But if Rosa were dead and only Rydia was alive, I would have had a game over pretty darn quick. I was definitely always waiting for Rosa's turn to come up. "Save me, Rosa... save me..."

White mages are the single most invaluable party members, especially when they know White and Cure4 and Life2.

Plus Rosa with her Artemis arrows really kicked quite a lot of ass. I was surprised.

I voted for Rosa not only because she's my favourite heroine in the game, but also the fact that life would be tough without her. As Laura already mentioned, she's great at saving the party's bacon on many occasions. Cecil's magic has its uses (it's great for casting heal on a nasty ailment), but lacks the punch of Rosa's. I can always make up the lack of black magic with using more muscle with physical attacks, but it gets rather cumbersome carrying around lots and lots of cures, lifes, etc. Her healing magic comes in handy when you need to do a mass HP recovery.

Rosa is awesome without her it would be hard tobeat the game because although you have Rydia and Asura you never know what the hell asura is going to cast. Rosa's holy spell saves your buttt in some. Also her magic is more developed than cecil's and fusoya and tellah suck.
