Possible spoilers: highlight to view
Every time I've fought Kefka at the selaed gate it's just been me hitting him for one turn and the fight is over... but today I just let Kefka take truns over and over. Every now and then he would get in pre fight stance, like he was going to hit me with his flail, but the spell window would open but be blank, he then preformed some dance similar to shock without the sword but always missed.

Anyone ever had this? Or have it hit?

Dunno, that's weird. Whenever I fight him and let him do his thing, he'll hit me with a flail. Can't remember if he cast any spells at me or not.

I let him do that every time. biggrin.gif In the Anthology version in particular, the spell window isn't blank, but for some reason displays the word "Terra". Square possibly goofed there and mixed up the spoken dialogue with the not-supposed-to-be-there spell window, but if I remember correctly no one actually calls Terra's name until it's out of battle screen mode. The whole thing's just a bug, I'd say; they probably didn't expect anyone to actually sit and watch Kefka beat up their crew for ten turns in a row.

I know Detah mentioned that happening to him in the trivia topic, too.

yeah thats happened to me before a few times but i just never really gave it a 2nd thought. one time i was wondering what would happen if i just stood there and that window down there popped up.

Same here, in fact whenever I fight him he is usually in that stance after he makes his first move. But frankly it means nothing just a mistake or oversight by the programmers.
