Playstation versions of the game have movies that you can unlock. So far I've only seen one, and it was on my version of anthologies. (I just got it by the way, so expect me in the FF V section sooner or later

I don't know about that (the Steven Spielberg thing), but I remember when I was 16 having a dream that they made a FF3 cartoon. I dreamt I was eating my breakfast before school and watching TV, and it was one of those weekends where they give you free HBO. And it was on! It was so awesome. There was this scene where Locke and Celes had fallen into Zoneeater or something, and they were sitting in all this garbage, saying things like "This is all YOUR fault" and arguing and it was getting more and more tense, you know like in a funny way in movies where you can't tell if they are going to kiss or hit each other, and then they lunge at each other, and suddenly the garbage like collapsed underneath them and they had those shocked looks on their faces like in the game, and they fell further. (Whew - that was a long sentence.) Anyway, it was a dream, but it seemed so real, sometimes I would think of that later and I couldn't remember if I had really seen it or not!

They made an anime of FF6 or Final Fantasy in general at some point. I've only seen a couple screenshots and don't know much about it, but it didn't go over too well I guess.

I know they made an anime based on FFV called "Legend of the Crystals" or something. It's set a few hundred years after the events of the game, though. Then there's Final Fantasy Unlimited which I know next to nothing about.
But a FFVI anime... If done right, I'd sell the left side of my brain on the black market to see it! -------------------- Words of Wisdom: If something can go wrong, it will.
