Yep, it's pretty nice. One thing, though, and I don't mean to sound rude, but why're you doing this? Don't get me wrong, it's great if it's just for fun, but are you doing it for some purpose?

I like it but there's one thing I'd change about it. The shade of green you used for her clothes is just a tad bit bright. Other then that, it all goes together very nicely and if I remember the other Celes you did correctly, it is an improvement just as you've said. I especialy like the hair, it flows together with the rest of her quite nicely.

I am not doing it for any purpose. I just like to spam

EDIT:This sprite of Celes isn't 100% complete because I still gotta fix her colors, reshade her cape, fix her armor shoulder part thingy, and her breasts.. The cape's the only thing that got me. I doesn't really look like it's attached to her armor. But good job with the sprite. Very nice picture of Celes. The sword was the first thing that confused me. But then I saw that her right hand was holding it...
