Quick question:
There is an Imperial soldier in the coliseum that says to "talk to the emperor twice when you find the location where the emperor hid a treasure". The soldier give you a hint, when you go to owzer house you`ll see a portrait of the emperor, you talk it twice and give you a rare item talking about a star shaped mountain range, go there ( east of center continent) and you find locke, the treasure must be the phoenix magicite, of course the soldier continue talking about the emperor but ignore it, and I too "talked" with the emperor after all this, but there is no treasure at all..............maybe you should go first to phoenix cave and then talk with the emperor?

Phoenix IS the treasure. Plus all that stuff Locke grabbed before you got there.
