I got a Klipsch computer speaker system... the one seen at Best Buy. It's got a strong subwoofer and two satellite speakers. Fun! I also got a nice electronic shaver, something I've never used before. unsure.gif

So what did you get?

plans FOR the cards are Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and Katamari Damacry, if Wal-Mart ever gets the latter.

I got a digital camera, which is something I've wanted for a while, as well as 100 bucks. My plans for the money are slightly less glamorous than most, as it will probably go to books and food for the upcoming semester. The twelve year old inside me wants to kick my ass and get more RAM for my computer, but hey, he has to eat sometime too.

Oh yeah, a book about a fictional place: Molvania.

Not as much as my brother (he got an iPod and various accessories for it, including a brochure that was wrapped up laugh.gif) , but my birthday's soon, so yeah...

I wish more Christmas' were like this, with non-material gifts like... presence of family. >.<

What I wanted more than anything for Christmas was for my sister and brother to stop fighting. I would have liked that much more than anything else I got.

I'm glad everyone had a good holiday though. heart.gif

Clothes, cash and a gift certificate...and Doom 3.

I felt real bad about that. It was the only 'real' gift I got, but I'd already pretty much played the game out months ago.

Yes, family and friends are more important than material goods. But it is interesting to see what everyone got. It reveals the interests of the people here, and shows what the general trends are for gifts for young people. Clothes, DVDs, games, money and gift cards and seem to rank at the top.

My favorite part of the week was when my brother broke his leg.
OK, so that sounds really bad. It's sort of a "it's about time" sort of thing. He pulls this kind of crap all the time, and it should have happened long ago. He could have broke some other guy's neck doing what he was doing. Let's all hope he learns his lesson.
Only problem now is that the rest of the family no longer exists to be ignored, in his eyes; now we exist to be his personal servants.

Anyways, the top presents I got were a DVD player/system, some old video games, and an enormous start to a comic book collection, which included a couple #1's.

Happy Christmahannakwanzakah everyone.

STFUPLZKTHX I hate that commercial...

I got a couple of new shirts, one of which was a family guy T, I got some new shoes which are solid white and are gonna be a bitch to clean, but are pediotricly (is this a word? if not I'm making this word, it means "as to retaining to the foot... I CAN MAKE WORDS I CAN DO THAT!) commendable!

I got a fleece blankie too. So I can look like one of those painfully flourecent colored kids form the old navy commercial.

This year we're getting only one gift for another person we're drawing from a hat. This way we can spend infinate amounts of money on another person and fund the bonds of financially-based hatred that will inevidibly come from other family members. HOORAY!
